We offer our clients a state-of-the-art Benefits Administration platform, as part of our premier services, at no cost. The platform is device friendly and customized to each organization’s benefits offering. Additionally, organizations can add customized messaging for employees. We will complete the customized set-up, then we will train the HR staff to use the system.
We are flexible to accommodate the employer’s needs. For example, if the employer needs four different medical plans, two different dental plans, one vision plan, the offering will be customized and accommodating to fit the different needs of the workforce. There is no one plan that works for all employees. OG Benefits recognizes the need for flexibility and provides that to our employers.
