Rafael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and brings valuable experience in creating tools and reports for financial analysis and customer management. His background in software development has honed his ability to communicate complex concepts effectively—a skill he further developed during his two years of teaching math, from Pre-K to college-level AB Calculus. If he can make calculus and fractions clear to children, you can trust him to guide you through the complexities of health insurance.  He is a Licensed Texas Life & Health Agent.
